OS1 — recreating the collaborative computer from Her as real, working software.

You talk with it and a handwritten letter takes shape on screen; keep talking and it revises the letter with you. It runs today as a small friends preview.

A studio near Hangzhou wired with sensors, cameras, and microphones to test living with machine perception. Now a portable hub that travels with me.

Background

BEng and MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Graduate research in the Institute of Robotics’ Biomechatronics Lab covered dual-arm collaborative robotics, wearable EMG systems, and XR interfaces for prosthetic rehabilitation.
